STRENGTH TRAINING 101
When we’re in the gym, we’re strength training. This is because in terms of your muscle mass, health, longevity and energy levels, it’s the most important type of training you can do. If you are looking to lose fat, it’s also the most important type of training to do, as it will ensure that you lose JUST FAT and not muscle.
