About me
My why
When you're at your best, you have the power to positively impact not only your own life, but also the lives of those around you.
However, it can be challenging to maintain feelings of happiness, health, and energy, especially as we age and fall into unhealthy habits.
I understand the difficulties of making a change and the mental and physical challenges that come with it.
But I also know firsthand the transformative power of shifting from a state of fatigue, poor health, and low confidence to one of vitality, wellness, and self-assurance.
My mission is to help you achieve what I know you’re capable of.
my story
Growing up in Leicestershire as a lifelong fan of Leicester City, I had a passion for football from a young age. However, it wasn't until I was taken to Guinea, West Africa, where I met my extended family, that I truly began to immerse myself in the game. Living with my Grandma, who was a strong and inspiring African woman, and my Grandad, who was the mayor of the town, I spent my days playing football with the older kids and developing my skills.
Upon returning to Coalville in the UK, my love for football only intensified, and I dedicated myself to daily practice, studying football books and even taking an interest in nutrition and anatomy. Aged 11, I gained a scholarship to a local independent school, Loughborough Grammar School, a school where Rugby was the main sport. As I was from a single-parent family, living in social housing, a better education and a new environment led to me shifting my focus to rugby.
Dedicating myself to this sport, I discovered the gym at the age of 16 and quickly put on mass so I could be more competitive on the rugby field. It was here that my passion for exercise and fitness began.
After completing my A-levels, I attended the University of Manchester to study Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. My university experience was eye-opening. I made lifelong friends and it is where I discovered House & Techno, which became a huge love of mine and still is.
Whilst at University, I secured an internship at J.P Morgan a year before it was due to begin. After a 12-week internship, I realized that banking was not for me. I graduated in 2010 with a 2.1- something I’m very proud of.
After graduating, I pursued my real passion: Health, Fitness, Nutrition & Coaching.

TESTIMONIALS
I worked with Kemo on a virtual training and nutrition program and was very impressed. My goals were to improve my strength and conditioning, as well as further weight loss. I had never done any PT training before, let alone virtual, so I was a little unsure at first, but quickly found it to be money well spent. Kemo checks in with you daily and talks through any physical or mental issues you might have toward achieving your goals. He's very knowledgeable on the science behind training and diet, I highly recommend working with him.
BOBBY SODIERI
Before starting with Kemo, I weighed 80 kgs. After 8 months I’m at a stable weight between 72/73 kgs. I continue to train with Kemo as he keeps me accountable and I’m continually making progress in terms of getting stronger and building muscle mass. My lifestyle is completely different now. I never used to identify as a gym-goer, but now, I don’t feel right if I miss a session.
