Quick warning - I only work with people who understand the value of time and mutual respect, and therefore do not reschedule cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment without a valid reason.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Most of you are looking to lose fat.

    This is not achieved by training in the gym 2x per week.

    This is achieved through knowing what to eat, how much to eat, what to do when you're on holiday, what to do when you're stressed, how to stay active during the day.

    Basically, you need to know how to live life as a healthy person, and you need guidance, accountability and support outside of 2 personal training sessions per week.

    Now you might argue that trainers provide this...I was one such trainer. However, when you feel like you're paying for 2 sessions per week, that's all you feel accountable to and you don't take the other stuff, which is 100x more important, seriously. This means that you don't get results

  • Absolutely not. Giving you a generic diet and exercise plan doesn't guarantee results, the lifeblood of my business.

    What does guarantee results is providing you with a roadmap and system towards your goals, whilst ensuring that we know how to pivot and make adjustments along the way.


    This means that I need to get to know you and provide solutions that are unique to you. This is what coaching is all about

  • It would be beneficial to have one for sure, however it’s not absolutely essential. You can still make great progress with home workouts, although you’d need some very basic equipment like resistance bands etc.

  • My clients span the globe.

    The only thing we need to be aware of is timezone differences. Otherwise all coaching is delivered through my coaching app and all correspondence occurs through WhatsApp

  • Sure, but only when we've achieved your first goal...we don't change because we find things hard. Once that goal is achieved, which is usually getting to <15% Bodyfat, we have the foundations to focus on a wide variety of goals. Get that weight shifted first

  • Make me aware of holiday length and location so I can factor it into your roadmap. People go on holiday… sometimes multiple times, you must be educated on how to progress/maintain while being on holiday or this whole process is pointless. You should be able to stay in shape FOR LIFE. Not just the duration of your programme.

  • Yes and no. I'll be honest. If your life is stressful and you barely have time to yourself, you likely won't get results. This is why I ask about your stress levels on the application. If I see that they're high and you're continually overwhelmed, I recommend not focussing on a physical transformation, which is another stressor that you can do without.

  • This is where coaching is most important. It will not be an issue at all, most of my clients have VERY busy and demanding jobs. Your plan will be adapted and will accommodate for any schedule changes/travel.

  • Yes. The minimum amount of time I’ll work with anybody for is 6 Months. The reason being is that from experience, any less than that won’t be long enough to unlearn any previous bad habits you may have picked up, as well as cement new ones. My recommendation is that you commit to at least 12 months. This gives you the time to be coached through all the obstacles that you will likely face, such as holidays, christmas, new year, weddings and other external events that happen.
