Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Most of you are looking to lose fat.

    This is not achieved by training in the gym 2x per week.

    This is achieved through knowing what to eat, how much to eat, what to do when you're on holiday, what to do when you're stressed, how to stay active during the day.

    Basically, you need to know how to live life as a healthy person, and you need guidance, accountability and support outside of 2 personal training sessions per week.

    Now you might argue that trainers provide this...I was one such trainer. However, when you feel like you're paying for 2 sessions per week, that's all you feel accountable to and you don't take the other stuff, which is 100x more important, seriously. This means that you don't get results

  • Absolutely not. Giving you a generic diet and exercise plan doesn't guarantee results, the lifeblood of my business.

    What does guarantee results is providing you with a roadmap and system towards your goals, whilst ensuring that we know how to pivot and make adjustments along the way.


    This means that I need to get to know you and provide solutions that are unique to you. This is what coaching is all about

  • It would be beneficial to have one for sure, however it’s not absolutely essential. You can still make great progress with home workouts, although you’d need some very basic equipment like resistance bands etc.

  • My clients span the globe.

    The only thing we need to be aware of is timezone differences. Otherwise all coaching is delivered through my coaching app and all correspondence occurs through WhatsApp

  • Sure, but only when we've achieved your first goal...we don't change because we find things hard. Once that goal is achieved, which is usually getting to <15% Bodyfat, we have the foundations to focus on a wide variety of goals. Get that weight shifted first

  • Make me aware of holiday length and location so I can factor it into your roadmap. People go on holiday… sometimes multiple times, you must be educated on how to progress/maintain while being on holiday or this whole process is pointless. You should be able to stay in shape FOR LIFE. Not just the duration of your programme.

  • Yes and no. I'll be honest. If your life is stressful and you barely have time to yourself, you likely won't get results. This is why I ask about your stress levels on the application. If I see that they're high and you're continually overwhelmed, I recommend not focussing on a physical transformation, which is another stressor that you can do without.

  • This is where coaching is most important. It will not be an issue at all, most of my clients have VERY busy and demanding jobs. Your plan will be adapted and will accommodate for any schedule changes/travel.

  • Yes. The minimum amount of time I’ll work with anybody for is 6 Months. The reason being is that from experience, any less than that won’t be long enough to unlearn any previous bad habits you may have picked up, as well as cement new ones. My recommendation is that you commit to at least 12 months. This gives you the time to be coached through all the obstacles that you will likely face, such as holidays, christmas, new year, weddings and other external events that happen.

It's common for many guys to struggle with building a routine that they can stick to, especially when they're busy with work and focused on their career. As a result, every other aspect of their lives, including their health and well-being, takes a backseat.

The High Energy Physique program is built on the foundation of my unique Strong principles, providing you with a tailored approach that focuses on strength training and movement, without requiring boring, long and intense cardio routines that leave you feeling exhausted and hungry.

With my program, you'll establish a bulletproof training routine that's tailored to your schedule and goals, allowing you to transform your body, increase your energy levels, and achieve the physique you've always wanted without taking up more of your time.

PILLAR 2 - SUSTAIN NUTRITION

We focus on two things:

1) How “much” you should be eating.
2) Where your focus/what foods you should be focusing on including in your diet.

First and foremost I want to make sure you understand how much food you should be eating to achieve your goals. So in our initial strategy call I’ll cover this with you, because having this knowledge and understanding will make you feel more confident in your ability to make long-term changes to your diet.

But I’m not just going to give you Calorie and Macro Targets and leave you to it. We’ll then dive deeper into where your focus with your diet needs to be - so which areas of your current diet/meals we can tweak and change, what we can add to your current schedule to not only give you more energy, but make sure you’re losing up to 2lbs of body fat per week by focusing on eating more, not less.

We’ll then plan out how you can incorporate these changes into your diet and schedule, because all the knowledge in the world won’t help you if you can’t action it. So I’ll show you how to plan and prepare your diet ahead of time, focusing on time-efficient options that will help you claw back more of your time each day, instead of adding to your already hectic schedule. This could be meal prep methods, grab-and-go options from your local shop/supermarket, or meal delivery services in your area.

I’m going to give you the knowledge you need, backed up with actionable tools, to ensure that you can drop up to 2 lbs of body fat per week even when you have no time to cook, and have the confidence to keep it off for the rest of your life.
