I’m really excited about welcoming you to High Energy Physique.

Please go through this Onboarding Page in Chronological order. Also, take your time. There’s alot here. Once you’ve done, I’ll be in touch to book in your Kick Off Call, where we’ll get to work on your Battle Plan for the next few months.

Step 1 – EVERFIT

You’ve already downloaded Everfit and you’ve just set up your account.

Ensure that you have the relevant apps synchronized.

Step 2– MYFITNESSPAL

Now get clued up on MyFitnessPal. Make sure you’re not tracking calories burned and learn how to set up your targets.

STEP 3 - WELCOME GUIDE

I want you to know everything that’s available to you and how best to make the most out of your coaching experience. The guide below, will give you an overview of the program and clarity on action steps and the daily, weekly process.

STEP 4 - THE PROMISE

This is an agreement between you and I, which details how we’re going to work together for the next few months to get you the transformation you deserve. Your signature is required before anything else.

STEP 5 - great expectations

Let’s ensure that we’re on the same page and that you fully understand what’s expected, so that you can get the best results possible

STEP 6 - YOUR health audit

This form is hugely important as I’ll get to know all the information I need to fully customise your program, whilst helping me to understand what immediate steps we need to take to ensure a solid start.

You will receive a Customised Nutrition Guide with the amount of calories you should be eating and foods that you should eat within 24 hours of completing this form.

Once completed, I’ll be notified and will send you a KICKSTART link for you to begin your first bit of education. I’ll then invite you to book in a call.
